I have received a confirmation of permanent residence form and visa stamped under federal skilled workers category. My city of destination is mentioned as Toronto- Ontario . Can I land in Toronto and give address of my pr card as Calgary - Alberta .
Also after landing in Toronto can I apply for sin card in Toronto , giving the address of Calgary - Alberta. I have decided to change my province? Is it fine ?

For a federal skilled worker, there is no problem. You can land in Alberta if you want to and apply for a SIN in AB too if you want to.

What about PNP? They can change province?

That is a bit more tricky because as you apply under PNP, you declare that you are intending to settle in your PNP province. Unless this is true when you apply as well as when you land, you could be accused of having misrepresented yourself which is very bad in immigration terms and can cause you to lose your PR.

However, after having landing in your PNP province, if you are having problems finding a job or getting settled there and decide to go somewhere else, you are free to move as you have not signed a binding agreement to stay in your PNP province for any set amount of time.

There is a charter of rights and freedoms in Canada and one of them allows a PR to live and work in any province.

Thanks for your reply .. Just to be clear , you are saying I can land in ontario and can give Alberta address for my pr card
