Different Place of Birth

Dear All, we migrated to Canada in 2011, recently i realized that i entered place of birth as Pakistan for one of my sons, in the immigration document, whereas it should be Kuwait. Somehow the Canadian passport was issued with the place of birth as Kuwait. Need advice from the members on how to proceed with the correction
