Different order of name in passport and degree certificate

Hi,
Currently, I am in the beginning stage of express entry. I have a question related to my name displayed in the passport and degree certificate.
In my passport name mentions as below.
surname: 'Mudiyansege Arachchige'
other names: 'Sahan Niroshan Piyathilaka'
But my degree certificate mention as Mudiyansege Arachchige Sahan Niroshan Piyathilaka

Will this be an issue with PR process ?
