Different options on CRC points tool vs creating online profile for CEC. Please advise

While calculating points on CRS tool getting one of the options as below for level of education .
Missing option “Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees.” One must be a program three or more years.

But missing this specific level of education while creating profile for express entry as levels are listed below

Options as given in EE application:
1 None, or less than secondary
2.Secondary diploma (high school graduation)
3.1-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school or other institutes
4.2-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school or other institutes
5. Bachelor's degree OR a 3 or more year program at a uinversity college, trade or technical school or other institutes
6. Master's degree or professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession
7.Doctoral level university degree (PhD)


So what should I select if have 3 years bachelor degree and 1 year B.Ed.( in total 4 years from India) since don't have Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees option listed.

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY: Bachelor's Degree (three year) and Bachelor's Degree (four year)

It's not a selectable option in the profile creation, you just put both qualifications separately and you get the points for 2 or more degrees one is at least 3 years automatically.
