You need to have 1 year of continuous work experience in your primary NOC to be eligible for FSW. However, when it comes to getting CRS points for Canadian or foreign work experience, you can pool together work experience in other NOCs to make up that work experience.
So you need 12 months in your primary NOC to qualify for the minimum requirements of FSW (i'm assuming you're outland), but your 25 months will go towards the CRS points you earn for Canadian or foreign work experience.
1. In the last 10 years, how many total years of foreign skilled work experience do you have?
It must have been paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only "one occupation"(NOC skill type 0, A or B).
Now in my case, there have been multiple occupations i.e multiple NOCS
How do we bypass this statement then?
Also, have you witnessed any scenario like I mentioned i.e different NOCs, getting through the process easily?

It's asking you this question to determine whether you meet the minimum requirement of 1 year of work experience in your primary NOC to be eligible for FSW.
It's not determining your CRS points for this question, when you get the question which asks how much foreign work experience you have, then you sum up all your work experience across all NOCs, which is 25 months.
Yes, many people have work experience in different NOCs, it's not an issue.
This question in the CRS calculation has options of 1 year, 2 year or 3 years or more.
Let's say if I need to calculate my CRS score, what would I select? - 1 year (Because it has to be only in one occupation) or 3 years or more (Total 25 + 12 months = 3 years & more)
Many people will have more than 1 year of work experience in their primary NOC, so that's why there are several options, it's just to make it more accurate.
If it asks you how many years of work experience you have in one occupation (NOC) then say 1 year, and when it asks you how many years of total foreign work experience you have say 2 years.
You're overthinking the questionnaire, just answer it as accurately as possible and it will calculate your CRS score.
It's just to indicate to someone what their CRS score would be, when you fill out your profile it will calculate your score automatically based on the detailed information you put.
Okay, so i checked the CRS calculator again, in fact it doesn't separate the questions into primary NOC and foreign work experience. So that's my bad, but it's a bit poorly designed because it should ask you the two questions separately in order for you to understand the distinction. That's why you're getting confused. You will see the difference when you look at the full criteria for CRS: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...iteria-comprehensive-ranking-system/grid.html

So my total countable experience now would be {1 Year (Primary NOC) + 25 Months (Multiple NOCs)} = 3 Years & More.
Hence I am eligible to claim maximum points for my work ex now.

Oh yes I do have that in Job 3 I have one year of continuous experience. Hence that condition is fulfilled.
Apart from this 1-year experience, I have 25 months of additional experience.
So basically I qualify the 1-year criteria & total work ex for which I can claim points is ( 1 Year + 25 Months = 37 months i.e 3 years or more.

Which NOC should I apply in? NOC 1112 sounds suitable. But only one or two responsibility match I guess. Please help me with this. Moreover, iam a chartered accountant in India
I think it matches with NOC 1112, it's just that the terminology of your responsibilities is not as exact and specific as it is in the lead statement of the occupation.
Your duties are written in a bit of generalised way, but if you were to break them down into components, it would probably match the specifications of NOC 1112 in my opinion. But others can provide you a second opinion.
There are two factors to consider. First, you have to have at least 1 year of full-time or equivalent part-time work experience under your primary NOC. This is a prerequisite for FSW. These points are for Minimum Eligibility criteria. https://www.canada.ca/.../assessing-applications-against...
To claim points for CRS, you can combine work experience under different NOCs.
