Hi Guys,
My sister is applying under Express Entry and has a question about NOC. She has worked with 3 different companies under different titles, different responsibilities and different NOCs.
What can be done in this case ? which NOC should be selected for application?
Please suggest.
Regards
Silvi
Is this for CEC or FSW? For FSW, Her primary NOC is the one where she has one year continuous skilled experience. Then she can use the other NOCs as secondary.

Its like this
2 years - 1 NOC
2 years - unemployed
2 years - Full time 2nd Graduation degree(but wasnt required to attend the classes, also claiming points for 2nd graduation degree)
And during graduation
1 year Job under - 2nd NOC
1-year job under - 3rd NOC
Looks she has to claim 2 years from 1st NOC.

Again is this CEC or FSW? If FSW, pick a NOC as a primary NOC as all have one year.

Its FSW.
Can she claim the points under 2nd NOC (primary) as she was also doing full time graduation during the same time ? Because she is also claiming points for the same graduation degree.

She can claim work experience while she ways studying, if that is your question.
