On my passport my name is "RAMESH MADANBHAI" and on my marriage certificate my name(first name) is mentioned as RAMESHKUMAR.
I have an affidavit that explains this name discrepancy among all my documents(i.e. passport, educational docs, driving license etc). Unfortunately, I missed putting my marriage certificate in the affidavit.
Should I go for a new affidavit or an existing one that explains my name differences would suffice?
I recently received my ITA and right now I'm filing the documentation for PR process.
