different education and different work experience for CEC application

Hello. hope all of you are doing well. One of my friends is going to apply for the PR through CEC as he did his masters in electrical engineering which is basically NOC B category education. He has almost 1.5 years of work experience as a material handler which is NOC C category having NOC Code 7452. So just want to know can he apply for PR with having different work experience and different education? Anyone can guide me about this. Thank you.

For CEC, he needs NOC A, B or 0 jobs so his NOC job is not eligible. Having a Masters in a NOC B category means nothing if his job isn’t skilled.

So it means he can apply for PR without facing any problem?

No he can’t if his NOC is C. He is not eligible for CEC if his NOC is C.
