Different Designation name on experience letter

Hi All,
I am working as an embedded software engineer and hence my NOC would be 2173. But as per my designation in my current office it's Senior Engineer and it's Sr. Embedded engineer in my previous office and hence same is reflected on my experience letter. Both of these designation is not mentioned in the list of NOC 2173.
I am planning to get a reference letter from the employer. Should I get one with the designation mentioned in the NOC 2173 list or same as per given on my experience letter.

Please share your thought on this.

Designation doesnt matter,its all about duties and you NOC . That rank group unit in The NOC is only to assess CEC applicants.

For FSW ,what matter is duties.Thats it.

If duties on your reference letter substantially (70 %) match with the duties mentioned in the selected NOC ,you are good to go.
