Difference in a number of working hours per week. Rejection

Hello. Could someone please clarify. My reference letter shows that i worked 40 hours per week. Later i received a request to submit a working contract. On the contract it is 36 hours per week. Can only this lead to rejection? (My application is PR through FSW outland)

Bro, the definition of a full time job is 30 hours per week minimum, you are ok.
