dude i'hve also done my Bsc(maths,electronics,computer science)...even i'm confused abt this ..N they it has to be in progression..that means ideally we shld do Ms.sc ryt ?? ....vat is ur stream btw?? N which clg r lukin for??

it's just about if the program is UG or PG. That's it. Any program which is PG, now be it diploma/advance diploma/certificate/fast track diploma etc etc should be good for u to go as you have completed bachelors.
About Msc, if your Bsc was of 4 years, or if you have studied for 16 years, you become eligible for masters (subject to other conditions such as marks, experience etc).

By this Course after 2 semesters i can transfer myself to Advanced Diploma in Biotehnology research program..but i got rejected for fall 2013...so m gonna re-apply soon again..explaining my goal in future.

dude do u think it is relevant to my course ..? although most of the subects i hve studied in ma bachelors ..but stll i'm scared b'coz i herad most of the rejection happens on course mismatch
