Good morning

I'm confused about offer letter and LMIA. is there any difference between them?

to apply for PNP, it says get job offer letter. I was interviewed by the company based in NS and AB, both are willing to give me a job. NOC B, in AB and NOC C in NS.

I am on work permit, so to accept the job, should I ask them to give a LMIA or any other government documents or just a letter is fine that states, they are offering me full time permanent job?
