difference between A bachelor's degree and a college diploma

Can someone please tell me the difference between A bachelor's degree and a college diploma.

This is a one of the requirements for NOC 1122, Professional occupations in business management consulting.

Just wording I believe. Some countries call it a bachelors degree, some call it a diploma. In the States you get a diploma after you graduate with your bachelors/masters degree.
