I have applied on 8th Dec 2008 and was expecting reply within 15 working days but till yet there is no reply, I don't know why.
My documents were up to the mark and moreover till the time I could get the initial response whatever it could be, but no result.
My classes start today and I'm still hanging in my country. VISA officers should at least see into this matter.
I applied from New Delhi, India as I'm citizen of this country.
Its 18 days now and I am still waiting.
