Myself and my wife have recently landed and before signing the corp, they have asked questions.

In that they asked if we have admission refusal to canada and my wife said no. Actually her visa got rejected once when applied first time to canada (since she applied wrong category of visa). Does that really matter now? However when applied PR we have declared her rejection although we are not sure that was admission refusal or asked to leave canada thing.

Senior, please clarify is this big concern?

A VISA refusal is no the same as admission refusal.

For an officer to refuse you admission you need a Visa (if you are from a Country which requires visa).

So two different things.
