Did NOT receive IMM 0217 E - WP-EXT letter after PGWP submission

Hi, is it normal that I didn’t receive the IMM 0217 E - WP-EXT letter after I submitted my PGWP application online? My classmates that I asked have all received this letter.

It's perfectly fine if you don't receive it. You can use the confirmation of application from IRCC as a proof. Sometimes it takes a few days to get the WP EXT letter.
