I'm SINP provincial nominee and did my landing today as PR. The CBSA officer explained everything to me about PR card, length of stay inside canada as required and she also pointed that since I'm a provincial nominee I am required to stay on my designated province. She said for 2 years but she said that she's not sure and told me depends on the province since she don't know the policy of saskatchewan and I landed in Ontario. Also told me to be careful about that and make sure I am already allowed before making any moves because they can take away my pr.
did you find out if it is written anywhere in the policies online?
Thanks for share
"they can take away your PR"...
Is that possible?

That's what the immigration officer told me. I don't expect everyone to believe me I'm just sharing so you can ask them yourself.

When you renew your PR card, you have to submit one document that is very similar to the Schedule A that we submitted with our PR application.
With that document I assume that they will be able to see if you stayed in your company and if you stayed in your province. Then they will have the right to renew the PR card for you or to tell you to leave country for breach of conditions. Probably for leaving your job nothing will happen unless you did something wrong. It's not your fault or it doesnt depend on you if your company goes to bankrupt for example, but for changing province...that's more suspicious.
I will post this again

Every citizen of Canada and every person who has the status of a permanent resident of Canada has the right:
to move to, and take up residence in, any province, and
to pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province.
---
CIC has ability to revoke PR and Citizenship only if you gained it through fraudulent ways.
Any prohibition to take up residence in any provinces is unconstitutional.
---
SINP job offer stream has employment restriction. Meaning nomination is tied to the employment, and you can't leave your job only until you become PR

Maybe they are already suspicious on me because they keep asking me why I am in Ontario which I can do my landing also in Saskatchewan. and how long I am in Ontario already. I told them because I have my family here in Ontario and I am only here to do the landing also to have the chance to visit my family. I showed my job letter to prove that I am currently employed in Saskatchewan and my return ticket to Saskatchewan to prove that I'm staying just for a week. That's the only time they told me about staying in Saskatchewan for a period of time. Maybe they are just scaring me because I have a strong family ties in Ontario. I don't know but anyways I don't have any plans on moving out the province as of now so its okay

I love Saskatchewan.

Ask ko lang May contract ka ba pinirmahan sa employer mo sa Saskatchewan na di ka pd lumipat ng ibang work or province?
All the province keep record of their nominees for the next 3 years and submit to CIC and their movement too. while giving PNP they give with the good faith that u will contribute to their economy. So i believe anyone should be grateful (obviously if situation doesnot force to leave) to live in that province. I am not sure about revoking status but yes its better to spend some time in the province that nominated us.

As far I know, you have to give the CBSA officer your residing address in where you will get your PR card. Did you give an SASK address for that?
Thanks
