Did anyone had to complete Mini-Mental State Examination for Medical exam for child with autism ?

Hello,

My kid and I went for Medical Exam last week under Express Entry program. My kid has mild autism.

Today I received a call from doctor's office stating that they need us to get the following forms filled by a pediatrician and send it back to them.
i.) Activities of Daily Living assessment
ii.) Mini-Mental State Examination

Did anyone face the same situation ? What specialist did you go to ? How was the outcome ?

Please if anybody faced this, reply on my post.
