i think no one got medicals requests in august 2012 too
dont know when NDVO will start issuing medical request

I got my medical request on 25th september immediatley after appearing for an interview on 20th............
I have done my medicals on 11th oct & PP also has been sent to NDVO & received by them on 18th Oct...
