Can somebody please help me the correct way in filling out the TRV application form. On the DETAILS OF VISIT TO CANADA box number 2..i am not sure what date I am going to put in the "FROM" box. my WP valid until June 2011 and planning to have a vacation end of January till end of February 2011. I am sending my application to Seattle Consulate Office. Thanks!
I think I put two years in those boxes not dates because I was applying for a work visa then and I have a contract for two years.

Thanks job_seeker. But now it needs to indicate the month day and year. I was thinking since I'm presently in Canada, should i put my Philippine departure date in the FROM BOX? or what I mean the date of my re-enty here in Canada?
I was in Canada when I applied for the TRV-W, but there was no validation then and since I don't know when the visa is going to be approved and when I'm going to start work I wrote two years. I printed the form without writing any dates and wrote on the spaces. You can also do that, write your planned departure from the Philippines.
