Desperate for Help! CEC Inland to Outland

Hello,

In desperate need for help! I was a CEC inland applicant but i had to move back to the UK due to unforeseen circumstances before i could receive my COPR letter. I updated my UK address to the IRCC Web Form early August and then recieved my COPR letter Aug 18th asking me to submit to Ottawa office but i had already moved back to the UK. I have emailed CPC Ottawa twice saying i have changed address to the UK and have also submitted my new address via web forum but have not received any response and it has been over the 30 days the visa office have given to send my passport.

I am in panic mode now and do not know what to do as i have not heard back any information about sending my passport to the London UK office, can someone please help or if anyway has been in the same situation would greatly appreciated any advice!

I don't know if this number works, try to contact IRCC Call Centre and asked them.

I am not sure if this number is still valid. If it doesn't work, contact Canadian High Commissioner in UK and ask them.
