Designated country- help

Hi, I'm filling my application for student visa.
It asks whether you've been in one of the designated countries in the past 6 months. And the link there shows that the country I come from (Israel) there's no need for a medical exam https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...temporary-residents/country-requirements.html.
Yet, on their own website there is a whole page of designated countries and Israel does appear there: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...canada/apply/designated-countries-policy.html

I am not sure whether I need to type yes or no regarding this question...

I don't believe you do need this.

These appear to be different concepts and definitions of 'designated' used for different purposes (in fact I don't see the word 'designated' used with repsect to countries that need medical exams at all).

The second link clearly notes that it is no longer used at all, and at any rate only / primarily used in relation to refugee claims, nothing to do with the medical part you are referring to.
