Desi IT Consultancy like in USA

I was wondering if there are any desi IT consultancies in Canada, like those in USA. In US they train, find you job, and apply for Green card. Something like that.

I tried to google but it got me nowhere.

I was wondering if you were able to get any information on the desi consultancies like the US. I am currently in the US and would be relocating to Canada. Was thinking if I could use the assistance of a consultancy for the initial time.
