Deposit Amount for LOA

Though i haven't got any acceptance from a university. I am being a little futuristic. My question is the deposit money that has to be paid to confirm our acceptance of admission.

I was browsing some university websites, which say an amount of 2000$ is to be deposited to confirm admission. The problem is i will be availing a loan to cover all my expenses and 2000$ which is quite big an amount in Indian Rupees is not affordable. I do not have the resources to sum up that money.

Can someone here tell me how they managed this?

Can we apply for the loan and then pay this deposit?

What is the time we get to pay the deposit post getting the initial LOA?

Is there any alternative ways pls suggest.

This is specific to University of Sask, Regina, Dalhousie.

I know for a fact Dalhousie's admission deposit is not $2000 but $200. (With the exception of internet working and some other programs)

There is a time frame within which to pay the deposit
