hello guys maybe you can enlighten me in my case. Im already on federal stage waiting for my medical. However im working in Qatar as a nurse. I was deported back to my country because they accuse me for prostitution. My question is my application for permanent residency im canada will ne affected? Please help me what to do.

There will be no impact to your application provided you were 100% honest about your immigration history in the application and declared the deportation.

Deportation happend only last week. I already submitted my federal documents together with my police clearance last sept 2018.

I was put in jail for 2days, and deported. Im already ban of the country for 2years....

What is your situation? If you were deported for an overstay that is likely not to be a problem but if you have criminal charges that is more complicated. What is most important is that you be upfront about any issues.

Yah that’s the best thing I can do. To honest in my letter.. because what happened to me back there is not an easy.. they accused me to things I didn’t do... thank you for your response
