Hello there, so I have gone to Africa and got married. We are now filling the forms for sponsorship and we are stranded on the dependents / more family information. My wife doesn't have any children she just have both parents and siblings. So it means she has nodependents and we don't have to fill that part?

She doesn't fill out the dependents section. She does have to fill out the Additional Family form.

Thank you for replying but on the additional Family Information it says. " The principal applicant, their spouse or common-law partner (if applicable), and all dependent children 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form". This part is confusing since it doesn't mention siblings or parents it says the principal applicant and dependents 18 years and older. What do we fill on this form really?

It's not confusing at all. They don't fill out the form. That has nothing to do with the fact that your spouse is required to FULLY fill out her own form.
