Dependent Visa For Spouse?

Dear Forum Members:

I obtained a 3-year Post Graduation Work Permit since April 2014, and currently I work in a traditional Chinese clinic. My wife comes to Canada with a study permit for studying English in a language school now. Her study permit will expire in October 2014. In such condition, please advise me how to apply a proper dependent visa for her to study(now) & work(later).

if the program she is interested in is lesser than 6 months she couldnt get a study permit too.

There is nothing like a dependent visa. She can get an 'open' work permit ONLY if your job (traditional Chinese clinic) comes under NOC O,A,B.
