Dependent VISA eligibility

Hello All,

Need your help to understand eligibility criteria for Dependent VISA. I have travelled to CANADA on a Work Permit on June 23rd 2014 and will expire by July 03rd 2015. I yet to apply for Dependent VISA for my spouse and kid. Please suggest if I apply in January 2015 will my dependents granted with a Canadian Dependent VISA.

Please suggest if there is any limit to apply a dependent VISA. My work permit VISA expires on July 03 2015 and if I apply dependent VISA in January 2015 will my dependents get qualified to get VISA.
