I sponsored my husband and he just got his PR card last year. Is he eligible to sponsor his daughter which is my step daughter? Her information were under my husband's application when I sponsored him. Is my husband under the 5 years bar or something? Need help please and thank you.
 
yes he can sponsor her as long as he has the mother's permission or full custody. She must be under 22 and not married.
