I just received a passport request for my and my dependents' passports. I am not planning to move dependents to Canada any time soon. Will the visa office process the primary applicants visa even if they don't send their dependents' passports? Note: my dependents were included in the PR application. Thanks!

no you will need to send all passports together. once the stamping is done, whether you'll can do the landing together or separately. irrespective the landing has to be done before the expiry date mentioned in the visa (in most cases - 1 yr from date of medical)
