Dependent on PGWP. Please help.

HI All,

My friend is applying for her PGWP. Her husband is in India and is doing business. Her husband has had 4 refusals for Canada Study Visa. But the refusals were in 2011 and post that her husband studied in New Zealand.

Now my friend wants to call her husband to Canada. She has already got a good job with good salary.

Will she face any issues in getting her husband on dependent open search visa? Please Advise.

Sure - it's certainly possible that her husband will have challenges getting an approved visa - especially given he has a history of 4 refusals. He will need to convince CIC that he is a genuine visitor and has no plans on remaining in Canada long term.
