I have a question of the dependent of super visa holder:

just saying if my parents can successfully get super visa with their dependent who is under 18,
Can he be studying here in Canada for free? Or he still needs to get a study permit?

A dependant cannot get a supervisa. Child applies for visitor visa and cannot study in Canada without a study permit. If in high school, get admission and pay international fees around $15k per year.

Needs a study permit. Studying will not be free. International student tuition fees will need to be paid.
