Hi

My wife is will be working in Germany for a year and I have initiated my Express Entry immigration process. I would like to know whether it is possible to initiate her Canadian immigration process before she leave Germany. If yes, is there any additional process I have to follow.

Note: We are from India. She is working in Germany for a year but not a citizen or Permanent resident of Germany
