In 2019 family sponsorship program, my wife successfully submitted her mother case and she received confirmation email from CIC.

My mother-in law have one dependent son with age of 30 due to mental illness.

Please guide us how she can bring her dependent son to Canada and which documents will require.
Any CIC or other reference will help us

You'll have to fill out the normal 2019 application. The big issue is that the 30 old also needs to pass the medical without become medical inadmissible, It's a bit of a catch 22.
