Good day Everyone , I am a dependent child which my father sponsoring together my mother and two brothers. Our application was send last march last year, and that year my older brother was already 18 years old turning 19 . This year he's turning 20 year . My question is ,did the cic continue processing his paper although he is already 20, but we send our papers when he was 18. are they consider it? I hope and pray that this will not affect our papers.
