hi! my father is sponsoring me for permanent residence, processing by vienna.i have a few questions:
my aplication started processing at vienna office on 7 may 2009. at 12 august they requested original birth certificate(i dont know why) and since then silence... on e-cas it says in proces..is someone having expirience with vienna embassy...please write me back

For your question, if you have been sponsored and are already PR, your PR status should not be affected by the sponsor so if your sponsor looses his PR because of residency requirements or something else, then you should still keep yours.
It is however a question if the sponsors PR was in question at the time you were sponsored, maybe for misrepresentation etc. that he should not have been able to sponsor you and that could possibly affect your PR but I haven't heard of such a case. I do not think someone would be allowed to sponsor if immigration thought their PR status was questionable.
