Dependent child Sponsorship living in Canada || Application where to send

Hi everyone,

Last month i applied for sponsorship for my dependent child living with us in Canada. He has TRP till June 2019.
I sent the application to "CPC MISSISSAUGA, suite 300, 2 Robert Speck Parkway" using courier service of "UPS"
Unfortunately CIC return the application and advice to send an application to Sydney, NS center.
As per my understanding, inland dependent child application should be sent to Mississauga on above mentioned address.

Any idea who is right ? Me or CIC ? And what is the correct address ?
Can anyone also suggest what forms you used for dependent child application living in canada ? May b i am missing something and CIC asking me to send application to sydney,NS

Individual dependent children sponsorship is ALWAYS an "outland" application. IRCC is correct. You are not.

Hi,

One more thing plz.

Since the application is returned and will take a week or so to reach sydney, NS center.

In that case, my attested documents like child birth certificate is now back dated ( attested on 25th sep 2018), so do i have to go for new attestation again ?
Any idea how much old attested document CIC accepts ?

You should be ok. You may however need to check the forms you submitted to ensure that they have not been updated on the IRCC website. If so, you should probably use the newest version of the forms.
