Me and out daughter are sponsored by our wife.
I've just received my PR card by mail, but my daughter didn't.

Does she even need to get a PR card? (she's 1.5 year old)
 
As far as I know, PR cards seem to be sent out individually. I recall one family where the principal applicant got their card 2 months after the rest of their family members.
I'd give it more time and then contact CIC.
