Hi. My mom is PR holder and she applied for sponsorship us 2 dependant children. Our process started in June and and they sent us mail in August for documents Birth certificate, police verification and 1 more thing after a month we got another mail asking for additional documents like pics from childhood to now and proof of support from them. Its been 1 and a half month we sent our documents but we didn't any confirmation email if get our docs or any other email. 2dec was last day for submition or they will mark it incomplete or something. Can someone tell me to wait or what to do? I'm afraid what if didn't get our documents or something. How can I confirm everything is going as process?
