Dependant awaiting COPR - Please Advise

The Primary Applicant for PGP program is currently residing in India and while receiving the Passport submission Request from Delhi Immigration, the dependant was residing in Canada. The Principal applicant included his passport along with requested documents to the New Delhi office for issuance of COPR. The Principal applicant completed his landing procedure and got his PR in Feb 2022 Additionally, my wife who is dependent on PGP is currently residing in Canada while I received a passport request in India. She was unable to submit her passport due to COVID restrictions. I have informed CIC about my dependent’s country of residence within 5 days using Web Form as requested. She is still awaiting her response in Canada for her COPR. Please if someone can advise for the dependant's procedure to get her COPR.

This is confusing... How can you wife be a dependent on PGP?
She can't be a dependent if she's married.

Do you mean you sponsor her for spousal sponsorship?

The application was under sponsored by my son under Parental and Grandparental program. There is a separate application for Parents and the Principal Applicant is the spouse and wife is the dependant in application.

OK. re-read your post. You and your wife are the parents being sponsored by your son.

So you landed with passport and COPR in Canada.

Your wife (dependent of PGP application) is already in Canada. I think she should be able to land virtually without getting passport stamped.
I know some ppl are waiting for a period of time after decision made and before they get virtual landing information/portal.
May be check PGP discussions on the timing of dependant virtual landing.
