Depedenet Child Sponsorship.... Leon Please Help

I applied for my daughter's sponsorship case in Aug 2012. I was approved as an sponsor in Oct 2012. I received a letter from CPP-Mississauga regarding the approval of my application. After few months, I applied for my daughter's visitor's visa which was approved my Canadian Embassy Islamabad. She is now in Canada since April 2013 as a visitor . I send a letter to CPP-Ottawa in April 2013 regarding her arrival in Canada. In Oct 2013, i received her medical papers which we did within a week.

Since the acceptance of my application, when ever i called CIC call center to inquire about my daughter's permanent visa application status , they always mentioned that file is in Ottawa and it will take 15 months to process the application . Today when i called again to find out the status, call center agent told me that my daughter's file is in Islamabad and it will take 32 months to process. I send couple of email to CPP-Ottawa but didnt get any response from them. My daughter is 4 years old. When i check the CIC webite, its only show that acceptance of her application on Aug 30, 2012. There is no other status of her application on the website.

If she is already here you should try to change the application from outland to inland...
at least she will be with you for the rest of the process...
and get advise on how to keep her with you....

Its not good for you and your daughter to be apart... look for advise...

Completely wrong. Not only is it impossible to change an outland app to inland, but a dependent child cannot even be sponsored inland.

I suggest you contact your MP and ask them to inquire with CIC on your behalf. You can find your MP's contact details here http://www.parl.gc.ca/Parlinfo/Compilations/HouseofCommons/MemberByPostalCode.aspx?Menu=HOC.

I also suggest that you order GCMS notes under the Privacy Act, https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do. These case file notes will give you an idea of what has been done so far with the application. It takes about 30 days for them to process the request and email the notes.
