DENTISTS TO EE through OOPNP

I applied to EE and my score is 450. I want to know that should i apply to OOPNP?? Has any dentist received ITA? Is it fine to apply in OOPNP as there are already lots of dentists in Ontario. Pls help.

Are you Dentist from Canada or foreign country? Is there a special category for Dentist in Ontario Provincial nomination?

I'm confused Dentists are regulated in Ontario, it doesn't matter ?we can still apply if we currently don't have the license to practice? My job is regulated and I don't have a BA degree, my husband has a masters degree but it's very difficult for him to get a band of 7 on all 4 tests , what are my options to apply to Ontario?
