Hey! i have a confusion in my mind that we can get more points if we have a valid job offer ( 600)But for medical professions like physians ,dentist and pharmaciSts we have to clear the licensing exam to get register first. so without registrantion who will give us a job in our relevant medical profession. and how can we then claim 600 points to get invitation to apply for PR. your valuable comments are highly appreciable.
Unless you went to dental school in US, it is almost impossible to practice in Canada as a dentist from foreign school. The thing is the professional bodies decide who gets to practice, NOT THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT, just because government lets you apply means nothing. You need to contact the professional bodies.

No one will give a job offer without clearing any exams, even clearing exams is not enough esp for residency positions.
This is where immigrants are confused, they think Canadian government regulates professional bodies - NOT TRUE. The professional bodies are regulated by their own province specific organizations and the Canadian government has no say in who gets allowed to practice or not, that is up to professional body.
So people really need to get in touch with organization who regulates their specific profession.
