I have been granted pr and looking to go to canada by the end of august.
i have the detailed info on the ndeb exams etc.
I want to know if any one knows what is the process to be dental hygienist for me as a dentist with 5 years of work experience? does anyone know of or any dentist who has moved to canada and became dental hygienist first and then work their way towards dentistry?

P.S. If anyone needs any info on NDEB, please feel free to ask.
Hi, Even though my answer is not exactly concerning to your question, I would like to say that Dental clinics are one of the most lucrative business in Canada. Each and every streets of the town there are well furnished Dental clinics, most of them marked with wide open mouth and shining teeth. Those who have insurance coverage for dental treatment are lavishly utilizing the maximum benefits because of their insurance. Otherwise non insured people cannot usually afford the dental treatments due to the exorbitant cost.
Considering the number of clinics every where, I think there are more chances for Dentists in Canada. May have to qualify according to the stipulated rules for the provinces.
