Ties to your country are: employment, property ownership, business ownership, bank accounts, other assets, immediate family (i.e. spouse and/or children) who are staying behind, etc.

Hi everyone,
I have same situation you have, but the different is I did apply for restoration for my study permit but I didnt aware that I exceed 90 days, I didn't realized there was a month has 31 days, but i counted it as 30 days, so I just realize when i sent out my application it was exceed 90 days already. few month ago , i tried to apply study permit again in back home, they refused my application as i was overstay in canada more than 90 days, but which is not really true becasue i did apply restoration but didnt awre it was exceed 90 days. what should i do
