no, biometrics is valid for 5 yrs so you dont have to do it. My brother hired a ICCRC consultant in toronto so everything was done by them.

I had the same issue of a sponsor as my brother was sponsoring me and it also said that I am not a bonafide student. I finally got the study permit so dont loose hope.
