Please help! Urgent!
I got BCPNP nomination in March, 2015. I have applied for a closed work permit immediately in March.
While waiting for my closed work permit in Canada, I have applied a visitor record which valid until August, 2015. My PGWP expired and my TRV expired as well.
So I left Canada to wait the closed work permit in my original country, But I received a refusal email recently.
[X] You are not a person described in Immigration Legislation who can apply for this type of document from within Canada. An application of this type must be made at a Canadian Visa office in another country.
[X] Your status in Canada is valid until 2015/08/31.
My representative sent an email to argue with CIC office, no reply yet.
I was in Canada, so I can apply the WP within Canada.
What else can I do?
Should I apply a work permit outside of Canada immediately?
