Hi Guys,

Need help on moving money to Canada as new immigrant. If I get a Demand/Bank draft in CAD, would this be acceptable by big banks in Canada. Any experience on Demand/Bank drafts please share. Willi have to pay tax on this money?

Actually, I want to transfer money from my working location to Ca instead of going to my home country, getting an exchange rate fee and then doing it. Please advise on the DD?
