Hi. I received an ITA under the CEC class. I am unable to secure a reference letter for my foreign work experience, whose points contributed to getting me an ITA. I am confident that if I wait a few weeks, I can qualify even without my foreign work experience. Should I just wait for the score to come down, and then just delete foreign work experience and move it to personal history instead? Or do I decline this ITA and do the process again by waiting for another ITA?
