Hi. I would like to know how can we delete our express entry profile in CIC.GC.CA. As I have created another profile which I am actively using it. And the old profile is not in use and I have also withdrawn the application from the pool from the old profile. But I am unable to delete the the complete profile which starts with E00******. Please if someone can guide me step by step how to completely delete the old express entry profile as I am having another one in use.
